GUADALAJARA INTERNATIONAL BOOK FAIR
L.A. WORKING/TRABAJAMOS LOS ANGELES premiered November 28 at the Los Angeles Pavilion at the Guadalajara International Book Fair. This year, the City of Los Angeles was honored, and featured writers, artists, musicians and theater for the 600,000 people who attended the festival during its nine days of activities.
L.A. WORKING/TRABAJAMOS LOS ANGELES was commissioned as part of a series of short films designed to be projected on an innovative display of large, suspended, pneumatic "bubbles" hanging from the ceiling of the Pavilion. The Los Angeles Pavilion was designed by John Friedman Alice Kimm Architects and sponsored by The National Endowment for the Arts and the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs.
